Administration de l'Enregistrement et des Domaines
The portal for managing the mandates permits the Luxembourg established taxable person to manage the electronic mandates related to the different eTVA online applications of the Administration de l'enregistrement, des domaines et de la TVA.
The mandates are organised by eTVA application domain. Each domain ist independant from others. The mandator may appoint the same representative for one or several domains or use a specific representative per domain.
The primary goal of this user guide is to serve as a contextual help of the online application.
The user guide also uses simplification of legal dispositions for explaining some matters. The user guide can never substitute to legal dispositions.

Portal VAT Refund
The management of mandates implemented within the VAT Refund portal will be integrated into the portal for managing the mandates during 4th quarter 2017.
